Developed in Australia during the 1950’s & 60’s, The Bowen Technique is a remedial therapy which promotes healing, pain relief and recovery of energy. It is an excellent healing tool in the pre/post-operative periods; can be performed through light clothing and is suitable for All age-groups.

There is no situation where The Bowen Technique cannot be used safely and to good effect. Treatment can be given to those who are bedridden or in a wheelchair. People at every age can be treated: new born babies, the elderly, para and quadraplegics and everyone in between.
